The Central Project Management Agency has issued a call for wood companies that plan to invest in the production of modular structures – panels for the renovation of buildings. 50 million has been allocated for this. euros. The planned investments aim to implement the technology of rapid warming with prefab insulation systems made from organic raw materials. Such renovation (modernization) of buildings is based on the use of automated solutions with factory-made standardized structures – wall panels that are installed on the building without additional processing.
Supported activities are initial investments for the production of factory-made standardized modular construction products (panels) used for the renovation (modernization) of buildings. Shields must meet the specified requirements.
Projects can be prepared by very small, small, medium and large enterprises of the wood industry, carrying out economic activities, for the production of wood and wood and cork products, except for furniture, for the production of products from straw and weaving materials, and for the production of other furniture.
The maximum amount of funding requested may be 10 million. EUR, the minimum – 500 thousand. euros. Up to 50% is financed. up to 40% of all eligible project costs, when the applicant is a very small or small enterprise. – when the applicant is a medium-sized company and up to 35% – when the applicant is a large company.
The creation of production capacity of panels from organic materials in the local market will allow to increase the pace of renovation (modernization) of buildings.
In addition, moving most of the work to the factory greatly reduces the dependence on weather conditions, and the installation of components could be carried out all year round. At the same time, the supply is optimized and the amount of waste is reduced.
