Development is also carried out abroad – in Sweden, Finland, Latvia, Germany and Great Britain. Komfovent products are produced in two modern factories in Vilnius and Riga. The main export partners have been together for more than 15 years, and about a third of the employees have been working for more than 10 years. In the course of further development, in the fall of this year, Komfovent will start building its second factory in Lithuania, in the Kaišiadori district. In April, the company signed an agreement with the Ministry of Economy and Innovation regarding a large investment project in the Kaišiadori region, worth 25 million. Eur, and in August, a construction permit was officially issued to build a production building at Pramonės st. 10. Construction works are planned to be completed in 2025. in the first half.
The search for employees has already begun
Komfovent invites employees who would like to work in a modern company to join the team: assemblers, operators who will be trained on the spot, and after acquiring the necessary skills, they will have the opportunity to upgrade their qualifications and thus increase their wages.
About 30 employees from Kaišiadorių district already work at the company’s factory in Vilnius. These employees are transported to work by specially ordered transport every day, and are brought home in the evening. The future employees of the newly built factory will also be trained and improve their qualifications at the Vilnius factory, thus ensuring the highest quality of work at the Kaišiadorių factory.
