Life weaves a wreath from the most beautiful flowers – our years. Those years pass quickly, bringing both joy and pain, interweaving the most beautiful anniversaries and anniversaries. On August 26, at the “Wheel of the Year” community celebration held at the Mačioni Culture House, this year’s anniversaries were honored – from the first-born to the 90th anniversary.
Beautiful wishes and congratulations to everyone celebrating different anniversaries sounded at the fun celebration. Music flowed, those gathered for the celebration danced to the rhythm, and later the birthday guests treated the guests to an anniversary cake.
On the occasion of the most honorable anniversary, we congratulated Kazimieras Petronis, who celebrates his 90th anniversary this year. The members of our community turned 70 – Antanas Šidlauskas, Rima Petronienė, Viktoras Barsulis and our hard worker Irena Kvaselienė, without whom not a single event is complete with delicious cakes, knitted napkins and many other crafts. She is the main helper for all of us, who never spares her time or health.
Birutė Kirkienė celebrated her 60th birthday this year. We mentioned more 60-year anniversaries, but they did not come to the celebration. Sonata Gutauskienė celebrated her 50th birthday, Vaida Chmieliauskiene celebrated her 40th birthday, and Laura Leonavičiūtė celebrated her 30th birthday. The 10th anniversary was celebrated by Aivaras Rudokas, and our little newborns did not participate in the celebration, but a song and gifts were also dedicated to them – to the families of Daiva and Povila Misiūnai and Vilma and Dainiui Raščių, upon the birth of their daughters.
The celebration was organized by Aldona Kvaselienė, head of the Mathioni section of the Anykščiai cultural center, who was assisted by the community chairman Ilona Kvaselytė and the girls of the women’s club, who never spare their time.
The cheerful celebration left another ray of light in the heart of everyone who participated.
